Walkabout Tuesday
Every Tuesday at 7:30am we have a walkabout around downtown Opelika. We meet in front of Side Track Coffee and walk about from there. It has become a highlight of the week for me, so come one come all!

Last week I told you that Abby and I took a trip to Italy, but I didn't go much into any of the details (And there is still plenty to come even after this week's article...yes, I will be stretching it for all its worth). As you might have guessed from the title, though: we went for a wedding!
Our friends Nelson and Mary Katherine invited us to their wedding in Piedmont, a region in northern Italy. The festivities began the week leading up to the wedding and built up to a beautiful ceremony and celebration at Grasso Wines Vineyard. They were wed in the wine cellar, which was standing room only for all of us. It was one of those weddings where you can tell that the bride and groom had a picture in their heads and it just all came together wonderfully.
So if you see Nelson or Mary Katherine be sure to congratulate them on their wedding!
